As for what this picture is really about.... let's just say that my dreams are really strange.
A certain person *cough* and her friend *cough* did something really stupid (involving an elderly couple driving into a lake) and got arrested and brought to this place.... only to witness a very drunk Roy who apparently "borrowed" one of Riza's guns and thereby lost all his mens respect for that day Of course Havoc has to clean up all the mess. It's complicated

Yup, my dreams are strange. But it's more fun that way
